I haven't received confirmation e-mail/other e-mails. What should I do?

1. Check spam folders Email might be placed into spam folders or other filters automatically, so make sure you've checked those folders. In some cases, email providers may block or delay automated emails. If you've previously received emails from us but now they aren't arriving this may be the cause. 2. Whitelist our email address We also recommend whitelisting our email address (info@exbitron.com) inside your email provider. Wait some minutes, and then try sending e-mail again.
