We periodically need to take the trading engine offline to perform software upgrades, apply security patches, and other maintenance tasks. During these periods we display a notice on the website.
If you have any urgent issues or concerns please feel free to open a ticket or message us on social sites.
For small maintenance tasks (<15 minutes of downtime) we frequently do not announce any advance notice.
Longer outages (30 or more minutes) will be announced at least 2 hours in advance, before maintenance starts.
