I sent deposit, but it's not showing and my coins are not credited. What should I do?

Transactions on the blockchain network are not instantaneous. Before appearing on exchange, they need get confirmed by the network.

If your funds have not been credited to your Exbitron wallet yet:


Check the transaction yourself:

  1. Enter the wallet address in the search box on the blockchain explorer website.
    For example, use Blockchair to verify BTC, LTC, BCH, DOGE and XMR transactions.
  2. Check the date and amount of the transaction.
  3. If the transaction is not confirmed, then you need to wait for it to be processed by the network.
    After it reaches minimum confirmations required by our exchange, deposit should start showing.

 

The process of confirming a transaction by the blockchain network is irrelevant to the sender or receiver and cannot be influenced. (unable to speed up transaction confirmation)


If the transaction was confirmed by the blockchain, but the coins still did not arrive Exbitron wallet, then you need to contact Exbitron support via Ticket system, and provide following:

  • UID from Exbitron account (UID can be found on "Profile" page of your Exbitron account.)
  • Coin/Token name
  • Deposited amount
  • Transaction ID (TxID)
