If you can’t find your transaction on the block explorer by entering TxID in the search field, it means, your transaction was not sent from your wallet and its still waiting to be sent.
(This applies mostly to coins based on Bitcoin code, sometimes you sent transaction, but your wallet is not fully synced, or you are not connected to network, will leave transaction in "mempool" with 0 confirmations, waiting to be confirmed.)
